My favorite singer... JANIS JOPLIN!

Janis Joplin was born in 1943 in Port Arthur, Texas small town. It was American singer of rock and blues. He studied at the University of Austin, where he made his first forays into the college music scene.

Since childhood avoided girls fashion popular 1950s, often choosing to wear men's shirts and tights or short skirts. While she likes to stand out from the crowd, Joplin also found the target of some teasing and a popular subject in the rumor mill school

Attracted by the new lifestyle that brought the hippie revolution just begun, was established in 1963 in San Francisco. There was the lead singer of Big Brother & The Holding Company, would charge formation popularity in 1967 following his performance at the International Music Festival legendary Monterey Pop. Joplin then created his own group, the Kozmic Blues Band, later called The Full Tilt Boogie Band.

In 1969 launched I got Dem Blues Again Mama Ol'Kozmic, his first solo album. The album was a bestseller and reported to Joplin immense popularity. However had problems of its difficulty to assimilate and manage their star status, his private life was chaotic, and his open and notorious drug addiction. Joplin died in 1970 in a hotel room in Hollywood, as a result of a heroin overdose. At the time of his death was recording the LP Pearl, which would be published posthumously in 1971. The album and the single from it extracted, Me and Bobby McGee, reached number one on the charts. His record would edit yet, a year later, Janis Joplin in Concert.

With his voice torn, extraordinarily gifted convey emotions, and boundless energy, Janis Joplin was an apostle of the hippie movement. His disagreement with the consumer society was one of its MLAs. Rebel contemporary system and Joan Baez, who shared the same ideas and purposes, was, however, a radically different styles and skills. As in the case of Kurt Cobain and Jimi Hendrix, the excesses of a passionate life and his untimely death helped forge his legend: nine-year career were enough to become a legend in the history of rock.

At six weeks of his death, left the disc "Pearl" which was a hit and remained at number one in sales for 14 weeks. As a tribute, allowed the theme "Mercedes Benz" a capella, without music, because it was the last song recorded Janis, also included the song "Buried Alive in the Blues" with music only, without the voice of Janis that should have been singing.

Janis Joplin's body was cremated in Westwood, California, and his ashes were thrown into the Pacific Ocean. Bequeathed $ 600 to her friends to celebrate his death with a wild party.

Janis Joplin's life has been the subject of many books and documentaries, including Love, Janis (1992) written by her sister Laura Joplin. That book has become a play of the same title.

My most important famous person, by Camila Bernales

¿Can you imagine the life without Mickey Mouse?, Me neither

The history behind the most famous mouse was made possible by Walter Elias Mouse, and now you can know how the magic can be a reality.

Walter born  was born on December 5, 1901 in Chicago Illinois, to his father, Elias Disney, an Irish-Canadian, and his mother, Flora. Walt was one of five children, four boys and a girl.

Walt had very early interests in art, he would often sell drawings to neighbors to make extra money. He pursued his art career, by studying art and photography by going to McKinley High School in Chicago.

During the fall of 1918, Disney attempted to enlist for military service. Rejected because he was under age, only sixteen years old at the time. Instead, Walt joined the Red Cross and was sent overseas to France, where he spent a year driving an ambulance and chauffeuring Red Cross officials. His ambulance was covered from stem to stern, not with stock camouflage, but with Disney cartoons.

Once Walt returned from France, he began to pursue a career in commercial art. He started a small company called Laugh-O-Grams, which eventually fell bankrupt. With his suitcase, and twenty dollars, Walt headed to Hollywood to start anew.

After making a success of his "Alice Comedies," Walt became a recognized Hollywood figure. On July 13, 1925, Walt married one of his first employees, Lillian Bounds, in Lewiston, Idaho. Later on they would be blessed with two daughters, Diane and Sharon .

In 1932, the production entitled Flowers and Trees(the first color cartoon) won Walt the first of his studio's Academy Awards. In 1937, he released The Old Mill, the first short subject to utilize the multi-plane camera technique.

On December 21, 1937, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the first full-length animated musical feature, premiered at the Carthay Theater in Los Angeles. The film produced at the unheard cost of $1,499,000 during the depths of the Depression, the film is still considered one of the great feats and imperishable monuments of the motion picture industry. During the next five years, Walt Disney Studios completed other full-length animated classics such asPinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi.

Walt Disney´s dream came true in 1955, when Disneyland Park was opened and also Walta became a television pioneer in 1954, and was the firsy to present  full-color programming with hisWonderful World of Color in 1961.

Walter is a legend, a hero of the  20th century. His worldwide popularity was based upon the ideals which his name represents: imagination, optimism, creation, and self-made success in the American tradition. He brought us closer to the future, while telling us of the past, it is certain, that there will never be such as great a man, as Walt Disney.

TED

To my pleasant surprise, I really enjoyed this farcical comedy which has vibes of earlier “Family Guy” episodes. Ted, it turns out, is one of the few comedies released in the past few years that will make you laugh. More often than not, it will make you laugh out loud.

Ted tells the story of John Bennett, who, as a boy, receives a Teddy Bear for Christmas. Lonely and friendless, he makes a solemn wish that the toy would be his friend forever. And, of course, in movies like this, the wish comes true and the bear comes to life he appears on the covers of dozens of national magazines and is the subject of many TV and radio interviews.

But fame comes with a price and with the advent of instantaneous journalism Ted is subjected to more and more embarrassingly funny moments. John during this time does not fare much better and the duo spend much of their adult lives getting drunk, high and watching reruns of the old “Flash Gordon” TV series. John does, however, manage to somehow attract the beautiful and successful Lori, who somehow is able to endure his immaturity and complete irresponsibility.

The laughs come a mile-a-minute in Ted, with some being heartier than others. The surprising cameos along the way are a big plus, as are the “loving pokes” at past and present American pop culture. In a darker subplot, Giovanni Ribisi, as a father who wants to kidnap Ted for his son is funny in a creepy sort of way. McFarlane, who also co-wrote with fellow “Family Guy” scribbler, Alec Sulkin, deserve a lot of credit for taking an idea that is dumb on the surface and crafting a crude and heartwarming tale that works.
Be warned, though, Ted is filthy. For its 106 minute running time, it doesn’t let up and, truth be told, after sitting through it I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way

"Public relations in the era of social networks"

Public relations changed in the age 2.0 with blogs and social networks. The longer explanation is simple: thousands of users can now develop their own advocacy or so more than a means of communication in the segment that really interests them.

Traditional media are no longer the main object of external public relations.

Moreover the RRPP department have automatically become a media itself could communicate live mobile-content-even first hand-with-twitter, share events and news of interest groups-with-Facebook, position their Movies at the keywords that interests them-with-You Tube and integrate everything in a site with a blog-like self-positioning strategy for all that content in Google's 1st results.

Obviously, this new type of public relations does not replace the old one. But it has evolved and has no return. The sources now have their own means to make news without having to wait for a traditional means of communication you post.

Of course, to have an impact and credibility, you have to know how to move the content on the Internet, in every kind of social network as generated relationships with new audiences.

We couldn't use these spaces as speakers from the old way of communicating. For example, we believe that new repositories and distribution of newsletters and press officers, because we would mark forever easily as unsolicited, as pure advertising.

Four challenges

The figure of the Community Manager, Community Editor, Social Media Manager or as we like to call it emerges so basically to cover four types of challenges and tasks, all communications department should master-not only the "Community Manager" -:

1. Listening: monitoring and can not be just traditional media. We need to keep track of online reputation issue, spokespersons, competition in online and social media.
2. The knowledge  produce content for each social network: not the same produce to Twitter to Facebook or YouTube. Every social network has its peculiarities digital narratives to have the required impact and their respective tools to manage it.
3.The knowledge  promote participation and interaction with users, we can not open our digital presence in social networks to make this medium in a simple speaker or news bulletins but to stimulate dialogue with the community to improve the service and connect with their needs.
